History of the department

“Electrification and automation of agriculture”

The history of the department begins in 1972. At the Faculty of Agricultural Mechanization, from the general department of Agricultural Machines, the department of Mechanization of Livestock Husbandry was separated and formed. This is due to the main direction of the policy for the development of livestock farming, technical support for livestock farms and complexes in the Kyrgyz SSR. The first head and founder of the department is Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor V.N. Eremenko. (1972-1975).

1972-1975

Ph.D. Associate Professor Eremenko Vasily Nazarych

Throughout his career, Vasily Nazarych Eremenko made an invaluable contribution to the development of the Faculty of Agricultural Mechanization and the Department of Livestock Mechanization. Many famous mechanical engineers, party and scientific personnel of our republic are students and followers of V.N. Eremenko. Working as dean, secretary of the party bureau of the faculty and head of the department V.N. Eremenko devoted his entire life to the education of young personnel.

In a short time, having created the department, V.N. Eremenko handed over the management to his students.

In subsequent years, they headed the department; Ph.D. Associate Professor Kolotev A.A. (1975-1978).

Ph.D. Associate Professor Kolotev A.A.

During the period of heading the department, Kolotev A.A. paid great attention to the scientific work of the department. Students’ scientific developments were reflected in their diploma projects and recommended for implementation. In 1978, associate professor Kolotev A.A., headed the department of “Mechanization of Livestock Husbandry” at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Livestock Husbandry (Kir.NIIZH).

From 1978 to 1988 the department was headed by Ph.D. Associate Professor Dick V.P.

Ph.D., Associate Professor Dick V.P.

Under the leadership of Ph.D., Associate Professor Dick V.P., the staff of the department, along with educational and methodological work, actively carried out scientific work. The composition of the department was updated with young personnel. Solomatin P.I., came from a research institute to the position of senior lecturer of the department (1978), a graduate of the faculty Medvedev S.I., became an assistant of the department. (1978). According to the distribution and decision of the State Examination Commission, an excellent student, laureate of the All-Union Olympiad in Physics “Student and Scientific and Technical Progress”, a graduate of the faculty (1979), Andarbekov Jeenbek, was retained as an assistant at the department.

In 1988, the department was transformed and renamed “Mechanization of Livestock Husbandry and Electrification of Agriculture”.

In the fall of 1988, Ph.D. took over the department. senior teacher Andarbekov Zh.A.

After the collapse of the USSR and with the formation of the sovereign state of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, in 1992, at the Faculty of Agricultural Engineering, 2-stage training of students “bachelor” and “master” began. In this regard, the teaching load on the curriculum has decreased and this has led to a reduction in department staff. In 1995, the department of “Mechanization of Livestock Husbandry and Electrification of Agriculture” was merged with the department of “Life Safety”. In this regard, the department was transformed and named “Mechanization of Livestock Husbandry and Life Safety.” From 1995-1998, the department was headed by Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Osmonov I.J.

Head of the department

“Mechanization of livestock farming and life safety”

(1995-1998).

Ph.D., Associate Professor,

Osmonov Isman Dzhusupbekovich.

With the formation of the sovereign state of the Kyrgyz Republic, the staff of the department carried out a great deal of organizational, scientific and practical work, improved and strengthened educational and methodological activities. The research work of the department has intensified. A postgraduate course was opened at the department. In 2000, Osmonov Y.J., for the first time in Kyrgyzstan, defended his doctoral dissertation in the specialty 05.20.01. “Technologies and means of agricultural mechanization”. Under the guidance of Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Osmonov I.J., candidate dissertations were defended in the department; Zhusupov U.T. – 2003, Nariev Z.A. – 2005, Kasymbekov R.A. – 2007, Karaeva N.S. – 2007, Murzaliev M.A. – 2012, Toktonaliev B.S. – 2013, Shabikova G.A. – 2017, Abdimuratov Zh.A. – 2019, Andaeva Z.A. – 2021, Narymbetov M.S. – 2022.

In connection with the formation of the Kyrgyz Agrarian Academy, the staff of the department began preparations for the opening of new specialties “Electrification and automation of agriculture” and “Life safety in the technosphere”; since 2002, the department has been the base for the training of these specialists. In 2004, the department was transformed, and it became called “Electrification of Agriculture and Life Safety”.

From 1998 to 2017, the department was headed by candidate of technical sciences, associate professor Andarbekov Zh.A.

From 2017 to 2022 the department was headed by candidate of technical sciences, associate professor Karaeva N.S. Currently the department is headed by Ph.D., acting. Associate Professor Narymbetov M.S.

Currently, the department has become the main base for training personnel in the specialty “Electrification of Agriculture” and “Life Safety in the Technosphere.” Today the department employs: professors Osmonov Y.J., Kadyrov I.Sh., associate professors: Andarbekov Zh.A., Nariev Z.A., Karaeva N.S., Narymbetov M.S., senior teachers: Kemelova S. .K., Aman kyzy Ch., Zhanybekova B.Zh., Baktybek uulu A. Engineer: Karybekova G.

Members of the department “Electrification and automation of agriculture”

The team’s objectives are to train highly qualified specialists in the electrification and automation of agricultural production, regardless of the form of ownership. In this direction, the department considers it appropriate to introduce energy-saving technologies in the production and processing of agricultural products.

The Department of Electrification and Automation of Agriculture trains modern and competitive electrical engineers in two areas.
